Every book helps another kid read
10% of our profit from every book goes to a children’s literacy charity, which puts new books into the hands of children who need them most.
How it’s worked out
- From profit. We take what you paid, less printing, shipping, card fees and our running costs, and 10% of what’s left is pledged.
- Locked when your book ships, and taken back if the order is refunded.
- Paid every quarter, with a receipt we keep.
- A free book adds nothing, because there’s no profit to share. A discount code lowers the share the same way.
It’s in every book
The last page of every book says what its order gave. The app also shows the amount at checkout and keeps a running total of what your books have given.
Once we’ve been printing books for a full quarter, we’ll post the total here and update it every quarter.
